Sessions are held via Zoom or in person. My services honour each person's individual journey. Together we discuss and pinpoint the areas that require clarity and fine tuning. As a guide, I will introduce you to the Flourish Energetics self-mastery model which embraces key areas and qualities that when practiced will open up your path to self-mastery. A strong emphasis is placed upon intention setting and cultivating practices to UPlift the individual on their journey to freedom. Creative Expression is a strong aspect of Flourish Energetics. It is fun and supports the journey to higher love, abundance and Joy. Freeing, this highlights clarity in purpose and personal expansion. I work with the highest frequencies of light to ensure that our co-creative process together is aligned with higher love.
All group classes are done via Zoom and are priced at £11 for the hour.
